FAQs

Ensure dessert is fully thawed (35-38F in the center) and not frozen.
Pre-heat grill to low heat / small sized charcoal fire (about 350F).
Remove outer packaging and lid and place the aluminum tray directly on the grill grates, ideally offset from direct fire. Close the lid and heat the dessert for 20 minutes, until heated through and desired browning occurs on top.
Start checking for doneness around 15 minutes due to grill variability.
When the dessert reaches at least 165F in the center and the center is hot, carefully remove from the grill and let stand 3-5 minutes before serving.
