When will my order arrive?

Orders placed by 12:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday, are packed and shipped the same day and arrive the next day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET ship the following business day.

What is the cutoff for next-day shipping?

12:00 PM ET (noon), Monday to Friday. Orders that come in before then ship that day. Orders that come in after noon, or on a weekend, ship the next business day.

What time will my package be delivered?

Next-day deliveries to residential addresses arrive by 8:00 PM.

Do you ship on weekends?

We pack and ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed Friday after noon, or on Saturday or Sunday, ship on Monday and arrive on Tuesday.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders currently ship free, with next-day delivery.

Who delivers my order?

FedEx, using its next-day air service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Will my order arrive frozen?

Yes. Orders ship frozen and are packed with dry ice so they stay frozen in transit.

How long will my order keep?

Serve within 3 days of thawing. If you store it in the freezer, it will keep for up to 3 months.
